Introduction: One of the factors that affect the professional commitment of healthcare professionals who work intensively and devotedly in the healthcare system is the satisfaction they feel from their profession.
Objective: In this study, it is aimed to contribute to the literature by determining the occupational satisfaction of health workers.
Method: This study is a descriptive study. The population of this study consists of 50 healthcare professionals working in a state hospital affiliated to the Ministry of Health. Questionnaires were asked to the health workers who participated in the study on a voluntary basis. Questionnaire questions were prepared by scanning the literature.
Results: The demographic data of the participants and the data they gave to the occupational satisfaction questions were obtained.
Conclusion: As a result, it was determined that the occupational satisfaction of health workers was low. We think that necessary activities should be established in order to increase the professional satisfaction of health workers.
